Purchases are shipped using one of the large national shipping companies and are packed in accordance with the shipping companies standards. In the unlikely event that a shipment arrives damaged, please contact the shipping company first to make a claim.

Shipments can ONLY be made to the address that PayPal confirms as your credit card billing address.

Returns
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me. Items may be returned with prior authorization and in good condition. Returns will result in a processing charge equal to the greater of 10% of the sales price, or $10. Shipping is not refundable.

Errors on the Site
